Shipping policy


Approximate delivery time:  

  • 12 - 21 business day for Australia, United States, UK;
  • 15 - 30 business days for Canada, France, Germany, Spain; 
  • 20 - 35 business days for Brazil, Belarus, Chile, Fiji, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Ukraine, South America;
  • + max 3 days for all other countries. 

Kindly note that during holidays season, the delivery time may last up to 60 days. 

Also, there may be additional delays due to Chinese public holidays, especially during the time of Chinese New Year (around the mid of February). 


Should you wish to speed up the delivery time, please contact us at to see if we can arrange it. Faster delivery comes at an additional cost starting from approx. $15. 


Please note that processing time may take up to 1-5 business days following the submission of your order. Processing time is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time.


After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch.

You should receive an email with your tracking information as soon as it is made available to us (usually within 1-5 business days).

Our warehouses are located all over the world and the items may be shipped to you from different countries. 

Generally, we are shipping for USA/Canada customers from USA/Canada; European customers from UK/Germany/Spain/Netherlands and Asian customers from China/India/Singapore, however this may not always be the case. 

We always try to deliver at the earliest possible to our customers.


We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur at the customs. 


Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages. 


In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur.

Kindly note, that delays are more likely to occur during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to February months).

You are therefore requested to order your items early enough in order for them to arrive on time. 

If there is no tracking updates for more than 60 business days, we will ship out a new package to you .


Should you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email at as soon as possible. 

Kindly note that we may not be able to cancel your order if you contact us later than 24h after submitting your order


We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, because of incorrect or insufficient address.


In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: 

  • Certain items may be on backorder 
  • Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office 
  • Different designers/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices).
